Disclosure under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

This disclosure concerns the auto-renewable Lockeigo Plus subscription offered through Apple’s App Store.

Price: The tax-inclusive price, currency, billing period, and any introductory offer displayed in the App Store purchase screen immediately before confirmation. Prices may vary by storefront, currency, tax, and Apple pricing changes.
Costs in addition to the price: No shipping charge. You are responsible for internet access, mobile data, device, and telecommunications charges required to download and use the app.
Payment method and timing: Payment through the Apple Account and payment method associated with the App Store. Apple charges the account when the purchase is confirmed. If a free trial applies, billing begins under the timing displayed by Apple unless canceled in time.
Time of supply: Plus functionality becomes available after Apple confirms the transaction and the app verifies the entitlement. Temporary network or App Store delays may affect confirmation.
Auto-renewal and term: Monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions are offered. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or trial where Apple requires that timing, Apple renews and charges the subscription for the next period. The exact renewal date and price are shown by Apple.
Cancellation: Open iPhone Settings, your Apple Account, and Subscriptions, then select Lockeigo and cancel. You may also use the subscription-management link in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Returns, withdrawal, and refunds: Digital services cannot be physically returned. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse the current period. Refund requests and purchase cancellation are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable rules. This statement does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
System requirements: An iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later. Remote push-to-start Live Activities require a supported iOS version, currently iOS 17.2 or later, and enabled system settings. Some Widget, Live Activity, Dynamic Island, notification, speech, and background features vary by device and iOS.
Special conditions: Live Activity and notification delivery are best effort and are not guaranteed to be continuous or precisely timed. Plus requires App Store availability and successful entitlement verification. Monthly and annual plans provide the same Plus feature set unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise.
Final confirmation: Before purchase, Apple’s confirmation sheet displays the product, price, period, trial or introductory terms if any, renewal conditions, and the action that confirms payment. Review that screen before authorizing the purchase.
